Recently launched on Wired.co.uk, this interactive music video for Muse directed by Yuki, lets you play with the words of the song while being immersed in a world of particles and colors. Based on the visuals created by Deerstalker for the linear version of the promo as well as Muse’s concerts, the video allows users to change the orientation of the words, while also being able to control the distance to and fro the particles. “Various embedded actions within the audio file were used to control the cameras position and various commands for the particles, providing a nice sit back and just watch experience”, Yuki revealed on their website. “For users who want to get more interactive there’s also the ability to take control of the cameras pan and tilt at any point by pressing the mouse down and moving around. The end result maintains the feel of your original video a whilst still feeling individual in it’s own right.”
